HIRED Act of 2017 Helpful Incentives to Restore the Economic Dream Act of 2017 This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow a business-related tax credit for 40% of the first-year wages (up to $6,000) paid to an employee as part of an apprenticeship program registered under the National Apprenticeship Act.
