Summary

Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection Examination and Reporting Threshold Act of 2017 (Sec. 2) This bill amends the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 to raise, from $10 billion to $50 billion in assets, the threshold at which an insured depository institution or insured credit union is subject to: (1) the Act's reporting requirements, and (2) direct examination by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
