Summary

Requires the Department of Defense to report to Congress on the vulnerabilities to sea level rise of (1) the Naval Support Facility Diego Garcia, and (2) the Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site (in the Marshall Islands). The report shall include identification of alternative locations for the continuance of the installations' operations.
