Summary
South San Diego County Water Reclamation Project of 2009 - Amends the Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and Facilities Act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior, in cooperation with the Sweetwater Authority, Otay Water District, and the city of Chula Vista, California, to participate in the design, planning, and construction of permanent facilities needed to reclaim, reuse, and treat groundwater and wastewater in South San Diego County. Limits the federal share of the project to 25% of the total cost.
