Summary

Low-Wage Federal Contractor Employee Back Pay Act of 2013 - Amends the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2014 to require the federal government to provide compensation to the employees of federal contractors that provide retail, food, custodial, and security services to the federal government who were placed on unpaid leave as a result of any lapse in appropriations beginning on or about October 1, 2013.
