Summary
Directs the Administrator of General Services (GSA) to offer to convey, by quitclaim deed, to the town of Nantucket, Massachusetts, all interest of the United States in and to a parcel of real property located on the Massasoit Bridge Road in Nantucket that was once utilized by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Requires such conveyance to be made without consideration. Makes the town responsible for all costs related to the conveyance. Provides for reversion of the property to the United States if it is not being used for a public purpose.
