Summary
Requires the Department of Commerce or the Department of the Interior to consider the threat of invasive species before mandating that a new fishway be built. (Fishways are structures placed on or around constructed barriers to give fish the opportunity to migrate.)
Title
To amend the Federal Power Act to require the consideration of invasive species when prescribing fishways, and for other purposes.
