Summary
International Cyber Policy Oversight Act of 2015 This bill directs the Department of State to: (1) produce a comprehensive strategy, with a classified annex if necessary, relating to U.S. international cyberspace policy; and (2) publicly release such strategy and brief Congress upon its release, including any accompanying classified annex.
