Summary
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey to the state of Missouri all interest of the United States in and to all federal land, facilities, and any other assets associated with the Ozark National Scenic Riverways in Missouri. Requires the federal government to pay all of the costs of such conveyance.

To require the Secretary of the Interior to transfer all Federal land, facilities, and any other assets associated with the Ozark National Scenic Riverways to the State of Missouri for the purposes of maintaining a State park, and for other purposes.
