Summary

Seafarers Educational Advancement Act - Amends the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 to require career and technical education program funds received by area career and technical education schools, educational service agencies, and local educational agencies to be used to provide career and technical education at the secondary level that leads to maritime careers.
