Summary

To amend title II of the Social Security Act to eliminate the two-year waiting period for divorced spouse's benefits following the divorce. This bill amends title II (Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act to eliminate the two-year waiting period following a divorce for a divorced spouse to become entitled to a former spouse's OASDI benefits.
