Summary
DEFENSE Act of 2018 Defending Essential Flights and Ensuring National Security Efforts Act of 2018 This bill allows an exemption from certain eligibility requirements under the essential air service program for locations at which not less than 10% of aircraft takeoffs and landings in 2017 were by aircraft of the Armed Forces.
