Summary
Permits the Department of Labor, in response to the effects of the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) public health emergency, to increase the length of time individuals may participate in, and the amount available to pay authorized administrative costs for, Community Service Employment Program projects for older adults.
Title
To authorize the Secretary of Labor to take certain actions to effectively respond during the COVID-19 public health emergency declared under section 319 of the Public Health Service Act to the needs of individuals participating in community service activities under title V of the Older Americans Act of 1965.
