Summary
Requires the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to report annually on the resiliency of U.S. medical supply chains. In developing this report, DHS must consult with relevant federal agencies and may consult with other experts. Among other topics, the report must assess the vulnerabilities of the supply chains to global disruptions and the dependence on drugs, devices, or other supplies produced outside of the United States. In addition, DHS shall make unclassified portions of the report publicly available.
