Summary
Prohibits signatures of certain government officials, including the President, Vice-President, and cabinet officials, on 2020 recovery rebate checks issued to a taxpayer. A recovery rebate is a stimulus payment made to individual taxpayers to compensate them for losses due to the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) pandemic.

To prohibit certain signatures on checks and notices issued by the Department of the Treasury, and for other purposes.
