Encourages the teaching of civics and civil discourse in our schools. Expresses the House of Representatives' belief that education about civics and civil discourse is a fitting way to honor and memorialize the life of Christina-Taylor Green. (Christina-Taylor Green was the nine-year old child who was one of the six people killed in the attack in Tucson, Arizona, that wounded Representative Gabrielle Giffords.)
