Supporting the designation of March 2018 as Endometriosis Awareness Month. Expresses support for the goals and ideas of Endometriosis Awareness Month. (Endometriosis is a painful condition in which the tissue that normally lines the inside of the uterus grows outside the uterus.) Recognizes the need for early detection and treatment of endometriosis, increased education for health care providers, and more culturally competent care.
