Summary

Sets forth the rule for consideration of H.Rept. 112-546, and an accompanying resolution, concerning compliance by Eric H. Holder, Jr., Attorney General of the United States, with subpoenas related to investigation by the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform into the Department of Justice (DOJ) operation known as "Fast and Furious." Sets forth the rule for consideration of H.Res. 706, authorizing the Committee to initiate or intervene in judicial proceedings in any federal court of competent jurisdiction to enforce such subpoenas.
