Summary
Amends the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act to require each state to ensure that absentee ballots are sent to absent uniformed services voters and overseas voters not later than 45 days before the state's deadline for receiving absentee ballots in order to be counted in a federal election.
