Summary

Small Business Relief From Disease Induced Economic Hardship Act of 2017 (Sec. 2) This bill amends the Small Business Act to expand the definition of a "disaster" for which the Small Business Administration may provide disaster loans to small business concerns to include communicable diseases for which the federal government issues a travel alert or travel warning.
