Summary
National Emergency Medical Services Commemorative Work Act (Sec. 3) This bill authorizes the National Emergency Medical Services Memorial Foundation to establish a commemorative work on federal land in the District of Columbia and its environs to pay tribute to the commitment and service represented by emergency medical services. The foundation shall: (1) be solely responsible for acceptance of contributions for, and payment of the expenses of, the establishment of the commemorative work; and (2) transmit excess funds received for such work to the Department of the Interior for deposit into a National Park Foundation account.
