Summary
Workforce Residential Housing Act of 2011 - Amends the National Housing Act to exempt a workforce residential housing property from the prohibition against the use of multifamily housing covered by a federally insured mortgage for transient or hotel purposes (thus authorizing such use). Defines "workforce residential property" as multifamily housing that rents units for a minimum stay of seven days and does not provide retail hotel amenities.
