Summary

Directs the Department of State and the Department of Defense to permit representatives from Taiwan's government and armed forces to display Taiwan's flags and military insignia at U.S. government-hosted functions. (China considers Taiwan a province of China and, as a result, the United States has an unofficial relationship with Taiwan.)
