Summary

Prohibits any federal agency from using any funds, resources, or fees made available by Congress to implement or enforce Presidential Proclamation 9983. The proclamation, which came into effect on February 21, 2020, imposes immigration restrictions on the nationals of Burma (Myanmar), Eritrea, Kyrgyzstan, Nigeria, Sudan, and Tanzania.
