Summary
Authorizes the Department of Commerce to use amounts appropriated for the Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership program for FY2021 to provide more than 50% of the capital and annual operating and maintenance funds to establish and support a manufacturing extension center that is unable to meet cost share requirements due to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019).
