Summary

A bill to amend the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act to make applicable to the State of South Dakota a provision relating to certain Bureau of Reclamation permit fees. This bill amends the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act to temporarily prohibit the Department of the Interior from increasing the permit fee for a cabin or trailer on land in South Dakota administered by the Bureau of Reclamation's Dakotas Area Office by more than 33% of the fee amount that was in effect on January 1, 2016.
