Summary
A bill to clarify that funding for the Securities Investor Protection Corporation is not subject to the sequester. Makes any sequestration ordered by the President under the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Act) inapplicable to funding of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation.
