Summary
Requires the Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) Payment and Access Commission to publish annually a report regarding the effects of Medicaid expansion under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. The report must include funding and coverage information for states participating in Medicaid expansion, as well as information on the potential effects of expansion for states that have not elected to do so.
