Summary
Temporary Military Pay Act of 2011 - Directs the Secretary of Defense (DOD), during a funding gap impacting the Armed Forces, to provide pay and allowances to members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard who perform active service. Authorizes, at the Secretary's discretion, such pay and allowances to DOD civilian and contractor personnel who provide support to such members. Terminates such authority at the end of FY2011.
