Summary

A resolution expressing the sense of the Senate that States, cities, Tribal nations, businesses, and institutions of higher education in the United States should work towards achieving the goals of the Paris Agreement. Expresses the sense of the Senate that the United States should remain a signatory to the Paris Agreement and support policies that promote the reduction of global warming pollution.
