Summary
Supports the goals of World Water Day. Urges the Department of State, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and all relevant federal departments and agencies to increase efforts and resources dedicated to: (1) providing sustainable and equitable access to safe drinking water and sanitation; and (2) improving the capacity for water resource management for the poor.
