Summary
Virginia State and Local Government Ethics Advisory Council. Establishes the Virginia Ethics Advisory Council to receive, investigate, and make findings and recommendations upon complaints alleging violations of the State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act (§2.2-3100 et seq.). The Council will also furnish advisory opinions or guidelines, publish educational materials, and conduct training seminars and educational programs on the requirements of the Act.
