Requires the Commonwealth Transportation Board (CTB) to make the replacement and/or repair of bridges in the Commonwealth that are of the same or substantially similar design to the Interstate Route 35W bridge over the Mississippi River in Minneapolis, Minnesota, that collapsed on August 1, 2007, the highest priority for all available bridge and safety funding.
