Summary
Administrative support remedies; fees. Provides that the $25 annual fee charged by the State Board of Social Services for enforcing child support obligations on behalf of individuals who are not receiving public assistance shall be assessed against the noncustodial parent. Currently, the fee is assessed to the individual seeking enforcement of the support order.
