Summary

Department of Health; coverage for nursery services; certified nurse midwives; licensed certified midwives; nurse practitioners. Directs the Department of Health to amend its regulations on coverage for nursery services to allow certified nurse midwives, licensed certified midwives, or nurse practitioners with pediatric privileges to be on the 24-hour on-call duty roster.
