Summary

Parentage proceedings; jurisdiction. Provides that circuit courts and juvenile and domestic relations district courts have concurrent original jurisdiction over proceedings to determine parentage only when the parentage of a child is at issue in any matter otherwise before the circuit court. In all other cases, the juvenile and domestic relations district court has exclusive original jurisdiction over parentage proceedings.
