Summary

General Assembly Conflicts of Interests Act; jurisdiction of House and Senate Ethics Advisory Panels. Expands the jurisdiction of the House Ethics Advisory Panel to include a member's current term and the immediately preceding five years rather than the preceding two-year term in office.
