Summary

Common interest communities; annual assessment by Common Interest Community Board. Changes from the lesser of $1,000 to $2,000 and from five hundredths of one percent (0.05 percent) to two hundredths of one percent (0.02 percent), the amount of the annual assessment owed to the Common Interest Community Board to support its operation. This change is reflected in both the Condominium Act and the Property Owners Association Act.
