Summary

Neighborhood assistance tax credits; eligibility of certain mediators. Provides that mediators certified under guidelines of the Judicial Council of Virginia who provide mediation services, without charge, at the direction of an approved neighborhood organization that provides court referred mediation services would be eligible for neighborhood assistance tax credits.
