Summary

Exempting certain facilities from the requirement of a certificate of public need. Exempts certain existing facilities engaged in the early identification, diagnosis, and treatment of heart disease using noninvasive screening and outpatient coronary arteriography located in the City of Richmond from the requirement of obtaining a certificate of public need for the addition of a computer tomography (CT) scanner for cardiac imaging and diagnosis.
