Summary

Expungement of juvenile records; nonviolent misdemeanors. Provides that the records connected with any proceeding concerning a juvenile shall be eligible for expungement when the juvenile has attained the age of 18 years if the underlying proceeding was for a nonviolent misdemeanor and the juvenile has completed all terms of sentencing and probation, including the payment of any fines, costs, or restitution.
