Board of Education; interscholastic activities. Requires the Board of Education to act as liaison between local school divisions and any nonprofit corporation founded in Virginia in 1913 that currently organizes and governs interscholastic activities among the public high schools, in order to help resolve any disputes that may arise between the parties.
