Summary
Fraud and Abuse Whistle Blower Protection Act. Changes the basis on which whistle blowers covered by the state grievance procedure may file a claim for reward under the Fraud and Abuse Whistle Blower Protection Act from a requirement that disclosure of information must result in a savings of at least $10,000 to a requirement that such disclosure of information must result in a recovery of at least $5,000.
