Summary

Punishment for delinquent acts. Provides that for a second or subsequent offense of underage possession of alcohol, public intoxication, or possession of a handgun or streetsweeper shotgun, the charges against a juvenile shall not be dismissed upon completion of terms and conditions, but must be disposed of according to §16.1-278.8, which allows multiple dispositional options.
