Summary

Virginia Highway Corporation Act of 1988; termination of certificate of authority. Requires the operator of the Dulles Greenway to certify to the State Corporation Commission the date on which all original debt for the project was or will be retired. The measure requires the Commission, after determining such date, to enter an order terminating the operator's authority pursuant to its certificate of authority. The measure provides that the authority shall terminate 10 years from the date on which all of the original permanent financing will be completely retired.
