Memorializing Congress to repeal or amend the federal Real ID Act. Expresses the sense of the General Assembly in opposition to the implementation of the federal Real ID Act unless the federal government provides adequate funds to the states to cover the costs of implementation and unless amendments are made to protect the privacy and preserve the essential civil rights and liberties of the citizens of the Commonwealth.
