Summary

Elections; method of nominating party candidates. Provides that the duly constituted authorities of the political party shall determine the method of nominating party candidates and deletes provisions giving incumbent officeholders the power in some cases to insist on a primary and, in the case of the General Assembly incumbents, the power to determine the method of nomination.
