Summary

Salvage vehicles; maintenance and contents of records; reports. Clarifies items that must be contained in the records that licensees maintain on receipt of any vehicles and allows the governing body of any locality to require that the records be reported to the police. The bill further provides that licensees keep vehicles for up to 10 days before crushing them.
