Summary
Commonwealth Space Flight Fund; transfer of funds. Extends through fiscal year 2023-2024 the annual transfer from the Transportation Trust Fund to the Commonwealth Space Flight Fund and increases the transfer from $9.5 to $15.8 million to reflect the amount in the appropriation act. Under current law, the transfer would cease in fiscal year 2016-2017.
