Summary

Regulations regarding breweries, wineries, and distilleries and the Specific Travel Services (Logo) Signing program. Directs the Department of Transportation to amend its regulations to exempt breweries, wineries, and distilleries from the requirement that a facility be in continuous operation for at least eight hours per day, five days per week, during the normal operating season for that type of business in order to qualify for an attraction sign under the Specific Travel Services (Logo) Signing program.
